Terms & Conditions:

1. I agree that I and/or my dependents are voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Doodle including, but not limited to, the use of the equipment, facilities, and the premises.

2. I understand that I should take responsibility for my child while in the playground and I am aware that there is a risk of injury, sickness and others if facilities were misused.

3. I understand that children under 6 years of age should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. I understand that all verbal and written instructions must be followed carefully.

5. I take responsibility for my belongings at the playground.

6. I understand that I must declare any illness or medical issue prior to using Doodle facilities, and I take responsibility for my child during the visit if he/she suffers from any condition or illness.

7. I understand that I must act responsibly for my safety, the safety of my child and others at Doodle.

8. I am responsible for my own property.

9. I am aware that Doodle will provide a fun and safe experience for your child, however neither the company nor the operator shall be liable for any loss or damage of the personal property or facility or personal injury or pain or discomfort to any person

10. I understand that in case of emergency I should cooperate with the staff to reach a safe place.

11. I understand that I and my dependent should not tamper/damage the equipment during the play time. If found guilty, disciplinary actions will be taken.

12. I hereby grant permission to use my and/my dependents pictures, videos and other material for website and social media use.

13. I grant permission to contact me via my email address, SMS and other communication methods with special offers, events and promotions.
